Khidari collects athlete information to create and manage sports profiles, record achievements and results, support verification, and surface relevant sports opportunities.
Minor athletes
If an athlete is under 18, registration must be completed or authorized by a parent or legal guardian. Parent/guardian contact details are kept private and are not shown on the public athlete profile.
Public and private information
Approved sporting information such as athlete name, sport, state, results, achievements, ranking information, biography and profile image may be displayed publicly when consent has been provided. Login email, password and private contact information are not displayed publicly.
Review and correction
Registered users may request correction, withdrawal or removal of profile information. Khidari may keep limited records necessary to document consent, moderation and security actions.
